Job Description:
The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the Conbraco Industries HR team, with primary responsibility for performing a variety of professional and technical task providing HR excellence throughout the organization. In this role, the HR Generalist will build productive relationships with management, employees and HR to support our world-class operations in Pageland, SC.
JOB
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, coordinating, implementing and maintaining human resources policies, procedures and work instructions; advises management and employees in their interpretation as necessary.
Respond to requests for information from employees and management; responds to requests from government agencies regarding unemployment claims, medical support notices, state-sponsored disability claims as well as other agencies for employment and wage verification's.
Maintain all records and files related to the human resources management function in accordance with federal, state and local regulations; ensures confidentiality and security of information
Complete new employee on-boarding and orientation for all employees at all levels.
Responsible for accurate and timely HR transactions in all areas including new hires, transfers, terminations, leave, payroll, staffing, policies/procedures, and employee relations.
Proactively seek and implement process and procedural improvements in the HR area
Acquire expertise in HR database and systems and support HR data analysis through reporting
Assist in the process and approval of hours and payroll
Foster productive working relationships with all groups and on all shifts
Organize and manage training, enrollments, and various events for employees
Assist on HR projects as required supporting HR throughout the organization
Coordinate with third-party vendor to ensure timely reporting of newly enrolled and terminated employees for COBRA notifications
Assist in verifying and reconciling benefits deductions per payroll reports to individual company billings on a monthly basis.
Coordinate monthly corporate events and other events as needed
Greet and assist visitors
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associate degree in business or related field. BS in Business, HR or closely related discipline preferred
Minimum of five (5) years HR experience working in a manufacturing environment and working with HR processes, policies, and procedures in the manufacturing environment
Minimum of 5 years of exceptional computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Word
Highly detail oriented with an excellent work ethic and strong can-do attitude
Excellent and highly effective interpersonal & communication skills in HR
High level of customer focus with a strong track record in meeting customer needs
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Demonstrated team player
Paycom knowledge a plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
